KMK hospital is an old Ayurvedic,which has been Hospital in existence
for more than five decades, Was established by Dr. K Mohideen Kunju
Lebba was graduated with first rank from Government Ayurveda
College Trivandrum in 1949.
Three years later he came to
Kunnikode and started a clinic in his own house. At that time he got
a valuable gift from a close friend of his- a bunch of ‘Thaliyolas’
(Dry palm leaves) containing details of traditional Ayurvedic
treatments, using some rare herbs. This prompted him to learn more
about Panchakarma.
He soon developed his own techniques and
started preparing medicines from rare herbs and found the healing
power of these medicines. Soon he was able to expand the clinic into
a hospital in 1954, which he named as KMK
Hospital. And also started medicine manufacturing unit. Later he started Ayurveda Nursing Pharma & Marma College - and branches all over kerala. For the convenient of Pateint. |
